Shock-wave valves
The shock wave valve is the most critical component of the ventilation system, designed to safeguard the shelter’s ventilation system against air shock waves.
Under normal ventilation conditions, the valve remains open. However, upon detecting a shock wave, it automatically closes within milliseconds, effectively blocking the airflow and protecting the system from damage.
To ensure proper functionality, the shock wave valve must be securely connected to the G10 embedded element.
